ADVERTISING TERMS & CONDITIONS (revised March 18, 2008)

(1) All marketing and web site development services are provided by Lawyer Marketing Online ("LMO"), located at 4103 N. 81st ST, Scottsdale, AZ 85251;

(2) From the day your ads are active, your firm will be listed for 6 months.

(3) In the event that you do not receive 60 leads, or click-throughs, to your firm's website by the end of your "6 month introduction period", we will keep your ads active until you have achieve that amount. Then, once you have received 60 click-throughs (as indicated by Google Analytics), we will notify you, and you will have at least one week to renew.

(4) Your ad campaign will be published and fully active within 5-business days after receiving Customer's purchase order online;

(5) Listings may be canceled at any time by express written notification via e-mail sent to klee@attorneysphoenix.com;

(6) Customer will receive a reminder approximately 15-30 days prior to Renewal by electronic mail that his or her listing(s) is/are approaching the Renewal Date;

(7) LMO will work with you to ensure your satisfaction with published listings. As an advertising medium, however, we cannot warrant results. No refunds will be issued;

(8) Customer may request updates to information published in customer's Internet listing(s) at any time by sending an e-mail with desired changes and/or modifications to LMO at klee@attorneysphoenix.com;

(9) These terms form the entire agreement for advertising services provided by LMO to the customer unless additional terms are agreed to in writing and signed by an authorized representative of LMO.
